Evercreech in Bloom
Winter approaches so we will all be busy re-planting for this season.
In the summer, Evercreech was a joy for residents and visitors alike to walk around and see all the beautiful colours and displays. The hanging baskets were magnificent and the tubs, not to forget the gardens. We are sure you will all agree.
Thank you for all your efforts in the village, especially those who watered village tubs and railing displays in the public places. It was a very onerous task during the hot days!
The Co-op donated as usual for the barrels outside the shop and we also had a very generous donation from the Winter Ball Committee.
You may have noticed that the EVERCREECH sign in the circular bed on entry to the village has been re-instituted and it is planned to plant shrubs and bulbs in the autumn for low maintenance. Any contributions will be welcomed and offers of help.
